Originally a bank, 0812 completed this renovation to deliver a local coffee shop that has become a staple of the South Osborne community. Part of this undertaking involved upgrading existing mechanical and electrical in order to service what is now 3 small businesses. 0812’s attention to detail – specifically millwork – really shines through here.
