Founded by Nicholas Hall and Marco Gallo, Eight Twelve is a Winnipeg construction company built for architecturally significant projects. We work alongside architects, designers, developers, and clients to deliver new construction and renovations where the details actually matter.

We bring construction and architectural expertise to the table early, helping solve challenges, coordinate trades, and turn ambitious designs into spaces that work in the real world. It’s how we build every project as intended, not just as drawn.

We work closely with architects and designers to understand the intent behind a project and protect the details that make it distinctive. From commercial builds to custom residential construction and renovations, our role is to make great design work in the real world, without losing what made it great on paper.

That includes projects that ask more of a build. Character homes, older commercial spaces, and renovations where the goal isn’t to start over, it’s to give old bones new life while meeting today’s standards.
