Set deep along the Red River, this renovation traded decades of piecemeal patchwork for real cohesion, gutting the home to the studs and rebuilding with white oak cabinetry, a four-season sunroom anchored by a Stûv fireplace, and preserved mahogany details that kept its character intact. Built in close collaboration with the homeowners and designer Kristen Trafiak from Studio Mauve, the result feels intentional and grounded, warm wood and quiet luxury reflecting both the land and the family who lives on it.
